Being an aspiring artist, I had wanted to draw an animal with fur for some time, to challenge myself and to get a better understanding of how to approach this texture in a drawing. Meeting my niece's new dog, Pierre, gave me the perfect opportunity so I gifted this to her afterwards, framed... she loves it!
