We went to Dulwich art gallery and painting likevthis was there with a label " Head of an old nan,Italian school" so I took a photo and copied it onto canvas as an exercise. In march 2026. It has hung in our sitting room since allowing the paint to cure and I varnished bit last week then put it in a frame . We haven't really got room for it and my wife doesn't like it. I think it is ok. There is a pastel version I did on paper somewhere . I am a bit nervous about posting the glass frame so will do my best with packaging if you want yo buy it. I am pleasantly surprised at the translucency of the paint under varnish and glass....I think the copyright was in the sixteenth century so not sure it's an issue ..to me it is an academic exercise, so hopefully its ok to sell it.
