Our watercolour tescher, Victoria, arranged a day " au Plein air" at the Abbey. It was nice to meet such a friendly bunch & see faces from the oil painting classes a few years ago. This is based on a photo I took, painted at home in our dinning room, which has a nice window to let the light in.
To me, the trees sre the star of the show...jope you like it. All good fun.
Please allow two weeks for a glicee print. I keep the copyright.
Chris said something really profound as J was chatting to him there.. he said the first thing in Genesis, it says God created man in his own image.. Thus it is natural for us to be creative. The next battle is your motivation, is it fame, riches, adoration?
We agreed that hopefully the journey is the main part, the outcome an incidental.
I know it can be an emotional rollercoaster at times...
Sorry to witter on, thanks for looking and reading. All good fun Huh?
