Whilst sketching in Slindon Village,Sussex the rider and horse arrived followed by the village blacksmith for an emergency repair. I quickly took a photograph and later painted the scene as a lovely reminder of a fast disappearing village craftsman at work. Supplied in 2" white mount. Please enquire about framing.
