After being locked down with my six year old grand daughter for months, the rules were relaxed and we took a short break to Northumbria. No meeting her friends, no school for months, no visits to the park playground, she was determined make the most of the break. Within seconds of arriving at the beach she set off to paddle
setting out for the Farne Islands on foot. I hope I caught this spirit.
