"Holy Russia" an oil painting on board.The work shows the beautiful "Onion " domes of the Cathedral dedicated to Saint Basil in Moscow.It has had a difficult history in the Russian Capital, being turned into a museum at the revolution, but now used on a daily basis for Russian Orthodox liturgy, now that Christianity is welcomed and practised in the Country.The Cathedral still retains a museum section.The painting is housed in a lovely wooden frame, ready for hanging.The dimensions given for the artwork include the frame.The painting, signed by the Artist comes with a certificate of authenticity.
