I have read magazine articles about how to choose and frame a view; to capture a mood and season. I’ve spent years attempting to copy a scene as we see it, paintings that will appeal to potential buyers. Learning time saving hacks that will be cost effective. Much of this work has been uploaded to this website and remains here. I’ve recently rejoined after a few years and started producing work that is more honest to me. I have no idea why or where an idea comes into my head. I paint from pure instinct creating images that are compiled from memories sketches and photos arranged as I wish.
