I am a long time retired, committed amateur artist, working in various media but mainly oils, acrylics and watercolours. My favourite subjects are sailing boats, aircraft and landscape. I have taken part in many exhibitions, some solo and some as a group. I have participated in local art courses including the (now defunct) annual Malvern Hills Art College Summer School over the past 20 years. I try to take part in local life classes on an ad hoc basis. I have a small studio in my garden, where most of my painting is carried out. I am a Friend member of the Guild of Aviation Artists.
