As this contemporary figurative expressionist ocean-inspired art emerged, I became increasingly interested in the feeling of moving toward something unknown. Sometimes we sense a quiet call that cannot be explained, yet it draws us forward all the same. This painting explores the moment when control is released, and trust begins. The diver enters a vast ocean, moving toward a mystery that cannot yet be seen. Layers of blue, violet, and light suggest the meeting place of the conscious and the unseen, where transformation quietly unfolds.
