I live on the east coast of Scotland and
much of my inspiration comes from my immediate surroundings and from things i hold dear. A treaured object, the play of light, a certain colour combiation, the landscape, my home ; all of these things inform my work.
Most of my work is done using water based media, although sometimes I paint in oils.
I wrk from a studio at home, and I teach painting locally.
