Born, and still live in West Yorkshire, I have always enjoyed drawing and painting from an early age.
I was given a small watercolor paint set and small set of cheapy brushes a few years back, but didnt much bother till I was temporally disabled for a little while after a operation, so out of complete boredem I gave painting a landscape in watercolor a go.
Just as I thought it was rubbish!! I think there was too much water going on, ever since then I tried and tried to improve each painting.
So....
A still learning, self teaching painter, I paint mainly in watercolour, I do however enjoy making a mess in oils.
I do try to capture movement, texture and atmosphere in all my paintings, however still being limited in movement, my painting's come from photo's, books and magazines.
I really enjoy painting Landscapes, gardens and buildings and have just started learning to paint flowers.
I hope you enjoy viewing my work, and would love for anyone to comment and give any advise they feel I need to improve.
