A painting in gouache on watercolour paper. Framed. This painting tells a story of visiting Whitby, of the fish and chips, the fishing boats, the fair and the sea. Nostalgia and a celebration of this feel good place. Two boats and the space between them is my favourite subject and it creates warmth and a feeling of family and good memories of grandparents, youngsters and ice cream too.
