I have been an Artist for over 30 years but decided to take the plunge and became self-employed in 2007. I have held several one man shows and exhibited in Scottish Galleries over the years. I also take evening classes in the local College from time to time when I have the time available.
My preference is to paint in Oil or Acrylic and I tend to use colour often quite vibrantly but also like to explore dark and light elements in my work.
I also have my own website at www.marshalarts.co.uk and would welcome any visitors. A much larger diverse selection is available on the website.
Currently about 30% of my work is on commission basis where I work from photographs or on location or sometimes even both.
