Nicky Jones is a self-taught artist specialising in highly detailed pet and animal portraits in acrylic, in particular dogs, cats and horses, as well as wildlife, from photographs. The level of intricate detail in her work reflects the great love and keen observation she has of the animals around her, and the many hours spent studying and sketching them. As well as exhibiting her work at various art exhibitions and galleries, she accepts commissions on a regular basis, with many clients returning to add to their collection of portraits of their beloved pets.
