Louise Millin Inchley, known as ‘Milli’in the art world, lives and paints in Cheltenham. Working in oils, the focus of her art is people and atmospheric lighting in street scenes and interior settings. She takes inspiration from her local surroundings of Cheltenham, as well as other cities and destinations from her travels.

Louise attended Cheltenham and Exeter Colleges of Art where she gained an Art Foundation course and Degree in Art. She then worked as a draughts person and interior designer for architects at home and Singapore. It was upon her return from Singapore ten years ago that painting became far more than just a hobby. She studied under the tutelage of the internationally acclaimed artist Trevor Waugh and now paints full-time.

Louise is a member of the Cheltenham Group of Artists and undertakes painting demonstrations at art clubs and societies, whilst exhibiting and selling her work through galleries nationwide.
