Thank you very much for visiting my profile page. I began painting at an early age and soon discovered that acrylics were my favourite medium. I take most of my inspiration from nature and enjoy painting wildlife, and also the surrounding countryside and coastlines. My favourite illustrators are the identical twin sisters Janet and Anne Grahame Johnstone, and also Gustave Doré. Some of my earlier artworks are on watercolour paper, but I now use stretched canvas.
