Born York 1970, studied Visual Communications at Bradford University.

Left to become a pavement artist; progressed to painting cityscapes of York, subsequently produced as prints.

First gallery opened in York in 2000, expanding to larger premises 2 years later.

Self taught artist, landscapes are worked in oil, acrylic, watercolour or pastel.

Began the ?Lost Connection? series in 2004, a tribute to the great British icon the red telephone box, which received much acclaim in the national press.

Regimental artist for the British Army, Signal Regiment and Royal Artillery. Other corporate clients include Nestle UK and GMB Union.

Artist member of the Fine Art Trade Guild.

Figurative and dance work, signed by fine art publishing house Solomon & Whitehead in 2006. A series of figurative limited edition prints was produced and exhibited by galleries nationally. Further range of dance and figurative prints self published. As part of a group exhibition in Warwick in 2007, first show of figurative work sold out.

Invited by the owners of stately home, Newby Hall in 2008 (location of recent film Mansfield Park) to produce a series of figurative drawings and paintings featuring the fantastic backdrop of the Hall. This work was exhibited in the Hall as a one man show in March and April 2008.

Commissions for portraits in pencil or oil originals of pencil work begin at £225, selling for up to £600. Oils on canvas sell for between £2500 and £5000. A prestigious commission for Ampleforth College of fourteen portraits in pencil was completed early in 2009.
