I studied graphic design and illustration at the Norwich School of Art in the late 70's and early 80's.I was working for a professional design company whilst still at Art School. On leaving art school I worked on a freelance basis and have illustrated and designed for many national and international publishers over the years.
During the early 90's I won two awards, the first from the Industrial Artists and Designers Society and the second from the International Wool Secretariat. In addition to this I also instructed Art and Design Technology at the Norwich school and at Wensum Lodge Adult Education Centre.
For the last two years I have been working on a 'shoe' portfolio. The shoe theme came about due to some study illustrations done for the 'Museum of Lancashire Life' at Preston. This has developed into a portfolio of some fifty detailed illustrations of shoes and boots.
Most of the work is available in limited edition prints and I am happy to undertake commissions or supply further information of prints available. I have recently had two local exhibitions displaying the shoes.
