Hi, I'm now retired and enjoying painting full time; the first time since I was at Art School. I now live in a small studio flat near Richmond Park, London, and have little room to store my paintings, therefore I prefer to sell them at an affordable price so that others can enjoy them, and I get some more space to store the latest ones I have done.
I did fine art back in the late 60's at Camberwell in London. I am, in the main, a figurative artist and paint landscapes as well as anything else that I feel strongly about.
For instance, I did two paintings against injustice and torture. Another showed the impotence of man's ideology and that empires rise and fall eventually. These reflect my Christian faith, but, I am sure, also that of other faiths and political beliefs. Many strive to work against tyranny of all kinds around the worldand content. I can do paintings of your house or favourite holiday place in oils or watercolour as a gift or to keep as a nice memory.
So, I hope you find a painting you like, and buy it to enjoy!! I have several paintings in exhibitions at the moment. The 'Oil & Water' gallery in Wandsworth and watercolours at Fulham Palace. Check them out!!
