Karl is a mostly self taught artist who at the age of 41 re-dicovered his childhood love of art whilst trying to find a means of relaxing. His work is now predominantly portrait and figurative in oils as well as some still life.
Karl says that the endless varieties of the human form and face are fascinating and an eternal challenge.
