I have drawn and painted on and off since the age of 14 .Work commitments in telecommunications most of my work life made it difficult to give quality time to making art. Now that I have retired and every day is a holiday, I try to spend a few hours a day painting. Water based oils and pastels are my favourite mediums. I find the quick start up and cleanup times really helps when fitting in other jobs like fishing, carpentry work, craft beer making and veg growing.
