I love painting ‘snapshots’ of gardens which I spot when I’m out and about, by isolating a section of a garden I’m able to add detail, colour and texture to a painting.
Using acrylic paint and pens to add the detail is my favourite part of creating a painting. This work was spotted in a friends garden.
