About this artwork

“Space-Time” – A Visual Allegory of the Universe

“Space-Time” is not merely a painting—it is a visual meditation on reality, time, and space. Structured as a triptych, the work unfolds across three panels—past, present, and future—each offering a distinct yet interconnected lens on human knowledge and cosmic mystery.

Panel I – The Past: Da Vinci and Newton stand as icons of artistic intuition and scientific rigor. Da Vinci’s handwritten notes evoke holistic inquiry, while Newton marks the dawn of classical physics. A Viking ship sails beneath a medieval sun, symbolizing mythic exploration. At the base, a carved stone with invented symbols suggests an extraterrestrial message. Concepts like Perception, Space, and Consciousness are visually linked, hinting at their interdependence. A subtle nod to Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle underscores the ambiguity of reality.

Panel II – The Present: Einstein’s E=mc² anchors the composition, surrounded by mathematical symbols (∫, ∂) that express transformation. Abstract lines weave dynamic tension, while an Egyptian stone inscribed with ancient and modern signs bridges civilizations. A personalized formula—√(2·4/Space)—serves as metaphor for intuitive spatial inquiry. This panel acts as the triptych’s engine, where legacy, theory, and speculation converge.

Panel III – The Future: A luminous female figure holds a glowing geometric sphere—symbol of transcendent knowledge. A floating cube inscribed with symbols suggests an interstellar message. Blue and red lines evoke the Doppler Effect: blue for approaching energy, red for fading past. Physics and mysticism intertwine, inviting reflection on realities beyond perception.

Conclusion: “Space-Time” transforms scientific and philosophical ideas into poetic visual experience. It invites contemplation of continuity, mystery, and a future shaped by consciousness and cosmic connection.
