Simon Ronnie

I’m from a little village outside Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire called Castlethorpe. I've always had the ability to draw since I was very young but I have only recently started to paint in 2021. The main influences for my drawing and painting style came from the old masters from Leonardo to Jean-Baptiste Simeon Chardin.

I am proudly self taught and my style of work is classical in nature. I paint in the tenebroso style using strong chiaroscuro and natural colours, I have a classical realism to my work as you can see.
