Inspired by books, films and music with a fantasy twist primarily using acrylics with water on canvas or natural wood slices to create these tiny worlds for you to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Based in the South West of England where there are trees a plenty and the rolling green fields go on for miles, inspiration is never far away.I have been overwhelmed by the positive response I've received towards my paintings, so a big thanks to all who have filled me with positivity and spurred me on every step of the way.
After studying Art & Design I continued my learning studying A-Level Art alongside Art History and Photography. More recently, I have gained my certificate in 'An Introduction To Art Therapy' course which focuses on the positive effect art has on the brain, be it helping with stress, trauma or wellbeing.
I have been lucky enough to have illustrated a number of children's books for different authors which has been a truly rewarding experience and one which I shall treasure.
I work in black and white with hints of metallic gold, focusing on light and shadow.
