Ralph is a contemporary surrealist who paints in an engaging style. Whether or not one is versed with the elusive language of visual art, his paintings communicate with the viewer as he purposefully recreates day to day life on canvas from realistic to figurative compositions.
''I take it as an opportunity to learn about a person, a thing or an experience. I set out to recreate the experience through 'playing' with art materials to composed a work of art...and it is a journey I relish.''

Ralph won a gold medal in painting at Cameroon's National Festival of Arts and Culture in December 2008. Apart from numerous group exhibitions in Cameroon, and the UK, his work has also been exhibited in Paris, Zurich, Nigeria, Australia, U.S.A., Turkey, and South Korea.

Ralph moved to the UK in 2009 and successfully completed ''Live Painting'' course at the Slade School of Fine Art, University College of London in 2010. Ralph has taken part in a number of group exhibitions in the UK, and was a regional winner of the Hobbycraft Pébéo Art prize in 2018.

Ralph also completed a Masters in Art Therapy at the University of Hertfordshire in 2017 and is an HCPC registered Art Psychotherapist.
