The wonderful Clare looking glamorous in a mask. I've never actually seen her masked, it just evolved as I was painting her in conversation with artist Aine Divine who was painting Clare, on Portrait Artist of the Week. This creation has inspired me to paint a ‘masked’ series which I am currently working on.
