Inspired by the new Nightwish album 'Yesterwynde' with the themes of ancestors, time, science, invention. I decided to name this after the song 'Perfume of the Timeless' on the album due to the emotional feel of the painting, the brushstrokes I used, palette and the theme of our ancestors. Painted using non-toxic traditional oils and mediums, on oil paper.
