Helena Hötzl Settertröm

Swedish painter and illustrator Helena Hötzl grew up in a small town on the Swedish West Coast. She spent much of her childhood in pain and underwent a lot of surgery, using her dreams and art as a means to satiate a hunger for escape. Having been contacted by Saatchi Gallery in London she found the boost she needed to make her dreams reality. Her art went international with her first exhibition being held in Budapest with Opera Gallery in 2008 and shortly after for the World Art Foundation in the USA: She also participated in several shows at the Gallery 9 in Los Angeles.
